Service outline

This service is offered to any leaders, or anyone in their team that would benefit from a fully qualified coach.

The cost of the service is kept to a minimum and is a very cost-effective way of getting support for members of your team. It is equally beneficial for individual school leaders as well as part of a support programme in a multi-academy Trust who wish to invest in and develop their own leaders. The coaching service has the following benefits:

  • Support from a qualified and practicing coach
  • A cost-effective approach
  • Times to suit the individual including evenings and weekends if this is wanted
  • Can be bought in half hour units, so only buy what you need
  • Request which phase of education your coach comes from, either primary or secondary. The choice is yours.
